Certified Exercise Physiologist, graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics. I do individual coaching as much as group training classes.

The screening I usually use are:  Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and/or  “Y” Balance Test (YBT).

Those tools help me assess your needs in order to build a training session and or program and also gives me information on if you are ready to come back to your sport with minimal risk of injury.

The FMS is there to objectively evaluate different movement patterns and shed some light on asymmetries and on possible dysfunctional patterns. The YBT is there to objectively evaluate balance in a dynamic way.
